As an Intern of Patient Experience department, you will have the chance to improve the general patient experience at Tech Dental. Assuring that patients receive outstanding care and service throughout their engagement will be your primary responsibility in close collaboration with the patient experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive at the dental office, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Aid in scheduling patient appointments, managing patient records, and handling administrative tasks related to patient care.
Support in communicating with patients to gather information about their dental needs, concerns, and preferences.
Assist in coordinating patient follow-up and communication, including appointment reminders and post-treatment instructions.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the office.
Participate in patient satisfaction surveys and feedback collection efforts to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
Help in resolving patient concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the patient experience team as needed.
Assist in organizing patient education materials and resources to promote oral health awareness and preventive care.

Educational Qualification

Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience Requirement

Previous experience or internship in a related field is a plus but not required
