At Tech Dental, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. This position offers a fantastic chance to support the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans that advertise our dental services and goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract new patients, build brand awareness, and achieve the clinic’s patient acquisition goals.
  • Manage the clinic’s marketing mix, encompassing online marketing (website, social media, email marketing), offline marketing (print ads, brochures), and public relations efforts.
  • Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) that educates patients about dental care, highlights the clinic’s expertise and services, and resonates with the target audience.
  • Oversee social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and paid advertising.
  • Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with the dental team (dentists, hygienists) to understand their expertise and incorporate it into marketing materials.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets and community partners for potential press coverage and promotional opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, website content, and patient education materials.
  • Assist with organizing promotional events or patient education seminars.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline,
  • Master’s degree in business administration, marketing is beneficial.

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry or a B2C (business-to-consumer) environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that achieved measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and various marketing channels (online and offline).

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn: Stay updated with marketing trends in the dental industry and adapt strategies accordingly.
