As a Digital Marketing Executive at Tech Dental, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our dental products and services. You will utilize your expertise in digital marketing channels to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to attract new patients and promote the dental clinic’s services.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the clinic’s online presence, including website, social media channels, and online reputation management.
  • Create high-quality content (written, visual, and video) that educates patients about dental care, highlights the clinic’s expertise, and promotes special offers.
  • Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.) to increase engagement, brand awareness, and patient acquisition.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve the clinic’s website ranking in search engine results.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, build patient relationships, and promote services.
  • Analyze website traffic, social media engagement metrics, and email marketing campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies relevant to the dental industry.
  • Generate reports and present findings to clinic management to demonstrate the impact of digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the dental team (dentists, hygienists) to ensure marketing content aligns with their expertise and patient needs.
  • May manage a budget for paid advertising campaigns on social media or search engines.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field (a plus).

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry or a B2C (business-to-consumer) environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with content creation tools (graphic design, video editing) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with social media management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Passion for the dental industry and understanding of patient needs (a plus).
