As an Intern of Customer Care at Tech Dental, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in providing exceptional customer service. This internship will offer you exposure to various aspects of customer care operations, allowing you to develop essential skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels under the guidance of senior customer care representatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Assist in following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and gather feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Effectively troubleshoot basic customer problems and escalate complex issues to senior representatives.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in customer service improvement initiatives and suggest process optimizations.
  • Uphold company standards for customer service excellence and build positive customer relationships.
  • Attend training sessions to learn about company policies, products, and customer service best practices.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues in other departments.
  • Observe and learn from experienced customer service representatives.
  • Assist with social media customer service inquiries and responses
  • Update customer account information in the organization’s database
  • Learn about the development and implementation of customer service initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Educational Qualification:

  • Current students or Graduation completed or Masters in any discipline

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS word
  • Multichannel Communication

  • Previous customer service experience in a Health care industry is preferable but not required.
