As a Customer Care Executive at Tech Dental, your primary responsibility is to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will serve as the frontline representative of our organization, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our valued customers. Your dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences will contribute to the overall success and reputation of Tech Dental.

Scheduling and Appointments

  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients according to dentist availability and patient preferences.
  • Confirm appointments via phone, email, or text message.
  • Reschedule appointments for patients who need to cancel, ensuring minimal disruption to the clinic schedule.
  • Maintain a system for an accurate appointment and waiting list.

Patient Communication and Intake

  • Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
  • Explain pre-treatment procedures and answer basic patient questions about dental care.
  • Providing invoice after payments made by patients.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain patient charts and dental records electronically.
  • Prepare paperwork for new patients and update existing records.
  • Manage appointment reminders and send out notifications to patients.

Clinic Operations and Support

  • Assist dental staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional environment within the clinic.
