This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the corporate sales team of a leading dental equipment, supply, or service provider. You will get the chance to learn about corporate sales and obtain real-world experience as an Intern, Corporate Sales at Tech Dental. The purpose of this internship program is to give people who want to work in sales, especially in a corporate setting practical experience and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with market research tasks, identifying potential corporate dental clients and gathering relevant information about their needs.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor offerings within the dental industry.
  • Help prepare sales presentations by gathering product information, creating compelling visuals, and anticipating potential client questions.
  • Assist with coordinating sales meetings and travel arrangements for the sales team (as needed).
  • Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals, contacting potential clients and determining their interest.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes for dental equipment, supplies, or services based on client needs and company guidelines.
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate client information and communication logs.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, or trade shows (as assigned) to observe sales interactions and gain industry insights.
  • Conduct basic administrative tasks to support the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing sales materials.

Educational Qualification:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s / master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • No prior sales experience required, but a strong interest in business and the dental industry is a plus.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and potential clients (via phone or email).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software skills are beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the sales field.

Additional Considerations

  • Experience in a customer service role (a plus).
  • Familiarity with dental terminology (a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
