In this pivotal role, you'll become an integral part of our team, playing a leading role in

Providing Advanced Dental Care: Leverage your extensive surgical expertise to diagnose and treat complex dental conditions requiring a specialist’s touch. Perform a wide range of procedures, from intricate dental implant placement and jaw surgery to wisdom teeth extractions and oral biopsies.
Building Trusting Patient Relationships: Conduct in-depth consultations, explaining treatment options, risks, and benefits clearly and compassionately. Empower patients to make informed decisions about their oral health.
Guiding Complex Cases: Oversee and tailor treatment plans for the most challenging dental scenarios. Collaborate effectively with hygienists and general dentists to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.

To thrive in this role, you'll ideally possess

Unmatched Qualifications: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree, coupled with a recognized postgraduate training program in a relevant dental surgical specialty (e.g., Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Periodontology). Fellowship or additional training in a specific surgical subspecialty may be a plus.
Extensive Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience practicing as a Consultant Dental Surgeon, demonstrating a proven track record of successful complex surgeries and excellent patient outcomes.
Surgical Mastery: Exceptional clinical and surgical skills with meticulous precision and dexterity, allowing you to perform even the most intricate procedures with confidence.
Collaborative Spirit: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, dental teams, and other healthcare professionals.
Independent Drive: The ability to manage your patient caseload efficiently and work independently while remaining a valuable team player.
