Get a head start in healthcare compliance! This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the compliance efforts of a dental clinic. You’ll work alongside the Compliance Officer to ensure the clinic operates within all relevant regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with researching and understanding applicable dental regulations, guidelines, and accreditation standards.
Help develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures for the dental clinic, ensuring they are clear, concise, and up-to-date.
Assist with implementing and monitoring compliance programs, ensuring all staff members understand and adhere to protocols.
Support the Compliance Officer in conducting internal audits to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
Assist with preparing and maintaining compliance documentation, such as training records and incident reports.
Stay updated on changes to relevant regulations and industry best practices by attending seminars or conducting online research.
May have the opportunity to work on specific compliance projects as assigned by the Compliance Officer.
Assist with educating and training clinic staff on compliance policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.

Educational Qualification:

Enrolled in a bachelor’s / master’s degree program in Health Administration, Public Health, Pre-Law, or a related field (preferred).

Experience Requirements
